We understand that sometimes life happens and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To provide the best service to all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Deposit Requirement: A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards your service on the day of your appointment.
Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be on our waiting list.
Cancellation Within 24 Hours: If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time, please be aware that your deposit will not be refunded. This policy helps to compensate for the loss of business and the inability to fill the appointment slot on such short notice.
No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment and do not provide any notice, your deposit will also be forfeited.
